The integration of the different disciplines is behind the success of a project. Experienced designers, without a appropriate coordination, cannot elaborate a complex project without generating errors, because they work each only for the part of competence.
In WISE UP we know what the value of integration, so that the we develop each project through three fundamental asset: - Project Management, through designers certified according to international standards of the Project Management Institute and ISO - digital integration tools according to the latest BIM standards - sustainability according to the three pillars economic, environmental and social through LEED and Envision accredited designers.
The application of this approach is what allows WISE UP to satisfy customer requests, respect delivery times and stay within the established budgets, respecting the quality requirements determined in the project specifications.
In WISE UP we know that sustainability is the key project success. "Sustainable development is the kind of development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs" [Our common future (Commission World Environment and Development, Commission Bruntland, 1987)].
So the only real sustainability is that of the "Triple Bottom Line", also called 3P "Planet, People, Profit". Only a project that integrates the aspects of economic, social and environmental sustainability can be considered fully sustainable.
To guarantee project sustainability, in WISE UP we normally apply sustainability protocols (LEED for buildings and Envision for infrastructure), even when it is not expressly requested in the specifications, because we believe that the only way to human progress steps away from recovering that ancient wisdom that resides in sustainability.
Engineering consists of the practical application of scientific knowledge. The sectors that characterize the Engineering specializations are civil, industrial and information. Many engineering companies are specialized vertically with respect to only one of these sectors, or just a part of it.
The choice of WISE UP is to cover across all sectors, with four departments that cover civil and structural engineering, industrial engineering, information and management, and the architecture in support of all. We believe that a successful project lies in the continuous dialogue between the different technical disciplines. All the specialist services come thus coordinated by a project manager that follows the client in all phases of the project.

A constant update on new materials and construction techniques allows us to o er to customers new solutions guaranteeing a top level quality according to most demanding and cutting edge standards.

In WISE UP we know that the only client-oriented approach is the project-oriented one. Often the dissatisfaction of those who turn to a traditional engineering company lies in the fact that these are organized by processes and not by projects.
In WISE UP for each project, a project manager is appointed, expert and certified according to the standards of the Project Management Institute or the ISO / UNI, acting as the only interface to the client and responsible to lead the project in terms of time, costs and quality. In this way the client can know at any time the progress of project activities and, in case, take timely decisions. Matrix organization allows putting the client at the center, ensuring compliance with deadlines and agreed-upon times, budget and costs, and respect of the quality requirements.
