Studio L&P (Learning & Progress)
Studio L&P (Learning & Progress) is a non-profit association, also a training agency, founded in 2008 with the aim of carrying out research activities and implementation of tools and methodologies to stimulate and innovate teaching activities for young people and adults in order to support their socio-occupational insertion and reinsertion, updating and reinforcement of transversal and professional skills. Evaluation and monitoring of impact projects at regional, national and European level.
The desire to remain, not only in step with the times, but to always seek innovative models and approaches to support and accompany people in difficulty (from NEETs to young people with autism, to non-EU women, to adults in difficulty), has in fact led it over the years to develop different working models through studies, research and comparisons with local and European partners.
She has 15 years of experience in the design, management and organisation of workshops and individual talks following methodologies and approaches borrowed from the different disciplines and schools of thought she has been dealing with for years at national and European level (from empowered oriented, to business simul, roleplaying, PGC, PCM, World café, participative and interactive workshops and, thanks to Epale and Erasmus+ she is becoming professional in the realisation of Edu-larp) which she uses with different targets. Passionate, enthusiastic about working in Europe, which is why she owes so much to Erasmus.
