Lugh
Lugh ETS is a non-profit organisation affiliated to the Eleusis Group, which has been active in education, social and cultural initiatives for over 25 years, and accredited by the Italian Ministry of Education for the training of teaching and non-teaching staff.
We promote projects that foster soft skills development, personal growth and inclusive learning communities, with extensive experience working with both adults and young people. Our approach is based on Metodo Teatrico®, utilizing techniques from theatre for personal and professional development and for the enhancement of an individual’s transversal skills, emphasizing the relationship as a process for understanding intra- and interpersonal dynamics.
We have extensive experience in adult education, continuous training and educational activities with young people, for teachers, educators, managers and professionals across schools, professional environments and community settings. Lugh ETS has also successfully managed a variety of projects funded by national public bodies, strengthening its expertise in project design, implementation and evaluation of educational and training initiatives.
As an Erasmus+ partner, we are particularly interested in projects in Adult Education, School Education and Vocational Education and Training, focusing on pedagogical innovation, social inclusion, lifelong learning, transversal skills and learning communities.
