ExpertPlus
ExpertPlus is a Dutch network organization with members that have a diversity in age, experience and backgrounds. Together they form a breeding ground for social innovation where ideas can land and are guided by our members. A core team of three members facilitates the network activities and processes of our organisation. They all are experienced managers with a track record in change management.

We want to contribute to a more sustainable society where lifelong development is central. We want to reduce the waste of talent. We prevent a waste of talent by supporting organizations and individuals by putting up field labs.
Since 2014, we as a consultant have been actively involved in a major project in the police organisation where vital craftsmanship of the older employees is central.
Currently we are a leading partner as well as a partner in two Erasmus+ projects. We can be a strong partner in the project management and its execution if your project requires it.
