ASSOFORM ROMAGNA
Assoform Romagna, a training organization operating in the provinces of Rimini and Forlì-Cesena, is accredited by the Emilia-Romagna Region for professional training (continuing education, higher education, apprenticeship, distance learning), adheres to SFC – Sistemi Formativi Confindustria and since November 2011 has obtained certification for the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.
The purpose of the Company is to support business activities through the growth and enhancement of human resources.
This activity is realized through the organization and management of initiatives for analysis, research, consulting, and training aimed at both employed and unemployed individuals and entrepreneurs to meet the growing demand for qualified and specialized personnel.
Assoform Romagna has engaged in extensive collaboration with schools and training institutions across Italy for internships, work placements, and company visits as part of both funded curricular paths (POR and PON) aimed at students and young people. The activities offered include orientation projects/internships/study trips designed to introduce students to new methodologies and technologies, both current and future, used in businesses through direct experience in the workplace. This not only makes students aware of employment opportunities offered by local companies but also allows the institute to align educational programs with the actual needs of businesses and to make the involved companies aware of the students' potential.
