Aksaray Social Formation Association (ASODER) is an association founded by volunteer teachers who developed themselves in social and cultural fields on September 1, 2015, and has 20 members. Our association, which was established in Aksaray to create awareness in social and cultural areas and to develop socio-cultural developments and perspectives of individuals and society, aims to adopt national and international projects and to serve humanity. ASODER aims  to improve adults in academic development and social practice by giving speed reading and theater courses for everybody . The organization aims to participate in all programs providing financial support, learning and mobility opportunities in the field of education and youth with other countries and international organizations, in particular the European Union, to train, advise and guide members and all other sectors of society with new teaching methods and methods in the field of foreign education. It was established with the aim of preparing scientific publications to participate in congresses, symposiums, seminars, camps, etc. held in the international personal and institutional area and to provide opportunities to grow as skilled, entrepreneurial young people with universal values.

With the protocol made between Aksaray Provincial Directorate of National Education and Asoder, in December 2015, 20 teachers in the Fast Reading and Comprehension course waived their volunteer teachers' vacations during the half-year holiday of the 2016-2017 academic year. They gave free drama, speed reading and comprehension courses as amateurs that lasted for days. Asoder members have been staging theater plays every year since 2016. Asoder members have staged the theater play “EMERGENCY SERVICE” 15 times in different places with the Financial Contributions of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in September 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019. Since they were the first in Aksaray history, they signed an important project. All of our project and theater works are available on our association's website (asoder.com). We also use social media (https://www.facebook.com/asoder68/) to promote activities. Asoder has partnered with the 2019-2020 Coopcom Seniors (on Refugees and Integration) international Erasmus project.
