Cultiv – Associação de Ideias (www.assdeideias.pt has led “Poetry Has No Bars” (www.apoesianaotemgrades.pt) for 25 years, working in prisons and communities through reading mediation and creative writing. We are available as partners for the March Erasmus+ call, especially in projects on delinquency prevention and citizenship education, where our field experience can help present imprisonment as a reality to avoid through transformative learning.
Cultiv – Associação de Ideias is a Portuguese organisation in non-formal education, literacy, poetry, and cultural mediation. For 25 years, “Poetry Has No Bars” has worked with prisons, youth detention centres, and community settings, using reading and writing to foster self-knowledge, responsibility, and reintegration.
