EPALE - Electronic Platform for Adult Learning in Europe

I am reaching out to you to inform and invite your staff to the training course: "Trauma informed prison work".

 

It will be a training led in English by 2 trainers: Ada Bienkowska, Certified Trainer for Nonviolent Communication and Kasia Mroczek, a Certified Practitioner for Resonant Healing. 

 

It will take place in April (27-29. April) in Warsaw. 

 

We already have a group, so the training will take place, maybe your staff would like to join us, maybe via a prison's Erasmus+ staff pod. 

 

Here is the training content: 

 

- Trauma-informed awareness - where do we stand at? 

- Empathic listening skills as a way to assist people getting out of freeze mode. (day 1) 

- Stress responses & Resonant Healing basics; what happens in our system when trauma is stored and how to assist? (day 2) 

- Embodiment and emotions - feel it to heal it. 

- Q&A 

- Co-creating tips for the team back in the organization (day 3)
