Remote Manager
For whom?
For all managers, coordinators, team leads (current or future) who fully or partially manager remote teams. Also, students of management and all others, who are interested in remote management subject.
Why?
The recent pandemics and the research showed that a large part of work activities were shifted to digital environments. Research also showed that managers struggle to manage remote teams effectively. Issues such as communicating with co-workers, using IT tools, organizing remote workplace, organizing time and remote processes and addressing intercultural obstacles cause increased levels of stress, lower efficiency and motivation, and possible burnout.
An additional skills certificate is always useful to increase your chance for employment.
When and how long?
You can enroll anytime - best before the end of 2025. Each course requires approx. 20-50 hrs of your time.
What do you need to do?

1. Firstly, register in the e-learning platform and check out the introduction course.
2. Enroll in the Remote Manager course and complete the following modules:
- M.M1. Organizational skills
- M.M2. Digital skills/tools for remote management
- M.M3. Interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
- M.M4. Remote workers well-being
- M.M5. Sustainability aspect of remote management

Each course includes: short and long readings, presentations, videos, quizzes, short assignments (debates in forum), a written assignment at the end of each course.
