How to navigate the rabbit hole
In a digital world shaped by endless scrolling, instant opinions, and algorithm-driven content, it’s easy to feel like we’ve fallen “into the rabbit hole” - a space where information is overwhelming, perspectives are fragmented, and truth can be difficult to grasp. Inspired by Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, this webinar invites participants to explore how to navigate this complex landscape with clarity and confidence. This webinar takes a practical, hands-on approach to critical thinking, argumentation, and fact-checking. Together, we will explore concrete tools to identify disinformation strategies online, distinguish between facts, opinions, and beliefs, and strengthen argumentation skills, enabling us to engage more thoughtfully and constructively in discussions both online and offline.
The webinar will be led by Daniela Marta, a certified trainer and training manager with over 20 years of experience in skills development, focusing on designing innovative learning solutions that foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving. She will be joined by Sofia Martins, a specialist in youth work and youth participation, who has led numerous regional and international projects on youth policy, inclusion, rights, and civic engagement. Together, they will guide participants through the rabbit hole, equipping them with practical tools to help young people make sense of today’s complex information landscape and engage with it in a more critical, informed, and empowered way.
