The research into the gender gap in education and employment was published by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

In this publication the OECD draws the conclusion that although the gender gap has significantly narrowed over the past decades, there are still certain fields where women face disadvantages or are greatly underrepresented.
