Call for partners for job shadowing (KA1 Erasmus+)
Brusselleer, the Dutch-speaking Centre for Adult Basic Skills Education in Brussels, is looking for partners for job shadowing: insitutions that are open to receive one of our practitioners for 3 to 5 days. Of course this project can be reciprocal!
For our Erasmus+ project, we focus on metropolitan and multilingual contexts (to compare with Brussels). The topics we would like to learn about are:
* guiding low literacy adults towards work -> special courses to prepare students to work, integrated language and vocational courses etc.
* social inclusion of low literacy adults -> courses with focus on societal language proficiency, integration tracks etc.
* supporting low literacy parents with children in primary schools -> courses, workshops or other initiatives for parents to help them to encourage their children's language development, support their children's school career etc
* innovation of education (e.g. through the use of ICT in class, new or other methodologies etc.) -> all kinds of 'modern', progressive practices, methodologies, materials
If you have good practices you would like to share with us and could welcome one of our staff members for a job shadowing, thanks for letting us know! Of course we would be happy to welcome a practitioner of your organisation in exchange.
