Exchange of best practices
We already exchange it with some partners working in the same field and we got really great feedback, stating that it will relief their work. Excellent tool!
From mentors to mentors
This tool is created from the passion, creativity and experience of people who work with the topic every day. Based on their experience, research, analysis, multiple tests, we received a complete guide in which everyone can find something useful. This guide can be a nice opener for the future mentors to become just the mentors they ever dreamed to be.
As an organisation working…
As an organisation working with mentors and international mobility programs, we consider this training manual a valuable resource that merits wider dissemination within the sector.
This is an excellent…
This is an excellent practical tool, complete with appendices, exercises, and clear explanations. It provides valuable support for all types of organisations interested in mentoring. The structure is well-designed and easy to follow, making it highly adaptable. A great resource for both new and experienced trainers.
At a time when mentoring…
At a time when mentoring plays an increasingly important and transformative role in international mobility projects, you can adapt this resource to fit your own organization, tailoring it to the needs of both international participants and mentors. In doing so, you will contribute to the development of your mentors’ knowledge and skills.
Flexible program
The team behind the manual wanted to create a program that gives mentors+ useful, practical skills, while also allowing trainers to adjust the content to fit their needs. I believe this flexibility is helpful for all youth workers preparing mentor training.
A very complex and structured kit
A very complex and structured kit designed to be used in training sessions for mentors both in online and physical forms.
Dont hesitate to browse through it and use it when preparing a new generation of mentors.
