I am a researcher and scholar in the field of adult education and a trainer and administrator in the field of continuing education. I love to study on topics related to disadvantaged groups. I believe in the transformative power of learning and education, which will save the humanity and our planet.

I work in English language education. I love meeting new people, travelling and sharing ideas. Currently I work in our Erasmus+ office, run the summer school, Centre manager for multiple exams, teach and drink a lot of coffee ;) I enjoy the dynamics of education and the people we meet.
Starting with a small idea between friends we can grow to shape an entire world. What's the meaning of life? Stop thinking about it and live it!!
I love the EPALE unending inspiration, positivity and hope. There are so many opportunities and so many people are accessing them thanks to Erasmus+.

I have developed my career in the field of Education for about 20 years, including diverse roles in different educational stages. Thus, I have worked as a class teacher, a remedial teacher and English teacher, in Pre-primary and Primary Education. Now I am a VET teacher and an EPALE ambassador.

I am educator, HR expert, and business and education trainer. My professional journey has allowed me to specialize in various fields, including recruitment and the job market, HR processes, adult learning, tutoring, career counseling, and developing future competencies.

Trabzon Maturation Institute (a kind of technical school) carries out design and production activities for adult education. Our institute studies handicraft technology, textile technology, jewellery technology, food and beverage services, graphics, fashion design and research.
It is extremely enjoyable to see the activities of different countries using EPALE.
EPALE provides the opportunity to see the STUDİES done in adult education. We see examples in our country and Europe. It gives us the chance to participate in online conferences.

I am Learning Experience Design Expert with a mixed background and large experience working with children, youngster and adults' trainer. I love to use simulation games as a powerful tool. I am promoter of ideas and methods of experiential education in Poland. I am also outdoor education trainer.

EPALE motivates me to follow what is new in adult education. On the portal I find content that is advanced so it is not easy to "consume" it. This distinguishes the platform from other media and forces me to think :) I also like to share my knowledge with others.

I am a project manager at Ambitio College from Zagreb (Croatia) - VET and adult education provider. I am also an EPALE ambassador for Croatia who likes working in adult education and VET, creating new innovative project ideas, promoting EPALE and socialising with European colleagues.

For almost thirty years, I have been working in a non-governmental organization, Lithuanian Adult Education Association: from administrator to president, currently I am an project expert. My fields of interest are andragogy and learn to learn competence. I have a PhD in Social Sciences.
