The world of L&D has been thrust into the spotlight within the past month, with growing expectations for delivery of learning. Stakeholders are interested more than ever in what Learning and Development teams can provide for the workforce. Are you utilising an agile framework currently to help position and plan your goals?

To help you answer this question, the eLearning Journal invites you to the webinar "Creating a valuable learning culture" in cooperation with Rosetta Stone on 12 May 2020 from 12:00 to 13:00 (GMT)

In this webinar, Stephanie Stretton from Rosetta Stone and Paul Jocelyn, Authorised Consultant for the Learning and Performance Institute will be discussing the ongoing quest for a successful learning culture, the conditions for learning, the difference between goals, strategies and tactics as well as a new way to think about the 70-20-10 model.

In this webinar they will discuss:

  • Why the way in which your business creates value is the starting point for your learning goals
  • The ongoing quest for ‘learning culture’
  • The difference between L&D goals, L&D strategies and L&D tactics
  • A new way to think about the ’70-20-10’ model to help with planning and prioritization
