We would like to have an exchange of views about the theme of mutuality: how to offer better services to our associates, in order to have a better working environment and help them to have a better management between working time and their family, also about maternity leavings and lower kindergarten prices.

We would like to understand which kind of services we can offer to our staff members, in order to improve their well-being at work and with families, understand how you can offer these services and how to tell to our staff members, how they can make use of these services, who and how we should manage these activities.
