Role Training of Stress-coping Skills with the Help of Socio-psychodrama
The seminar‘s goal is to present socio-psychodrama methods that could help coping stress. Scientific research and statistical data indicates that the people who experience the largest amount of stress are those who routinely have to solve other people’s problems or are at the centre of attention. During the seminar, the lecturer will demonstrate action methods and show how to use them in order to notice what kind of situations cause stress and help explain what factors of these situations inspire it. Seminar participants will be able to feel the effects of these methods in practice, relax and coping stress. The seminar will include short lectures, practical activities; the participants will work in small groups. The lecturer will use supervision and individual consultation elements.
