EARTHgames4EyoUth games

EARTHgames4EyoUth was an exciting Erasmus+ project, created and implemented by a team of passionate people across Europe. Quality education, a preoccupation towards competences and the desire to innovate brought the partners together and the project idea was born.
The EARTHgames4EyoUth project focus was on the development of Earth competences among young Europeans, and it tackles knowledge, skills, and attitudes toward reducing global and climate change impacts and provides a pathway for a smooth transition from policies to the grassroots level, making them more consumable for youngsters.
Project partners: Mare Nostrum NGO (Romania) – project coordinator, with expertise in environmental education, non-formal methods, and project management; Slovak Eco Quality (Slovakia) – innovators in competences development; UniGrowth Development Center (Armenia) – experts in quality training and education; and Today We Have (Poland) – experts in gamification and working with youth.
One of the key outputs of the project is a series of four engaging educational games designed to enhance learning through interactive and fun experiences. Each game targets specific skills and knowledge areas, making complex concepts more accessible and enjoyable for learners of all ages.
These games not only promote active participation but also encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity, supporting a well-rounded educational approach. Together, they form a comprehensive toolkit that complements traditional learning methods and fosters deeper understanding. Through these games, participants not only gain knowledge but also have the opportunity to debate important subjects, learn about various European environmental concepts and legislation, and most importantly, enjoy the learning process through play. The games are available in 5 languages: English, Romanian, Slovak, Polish, Armenian
