Our academy was registered  at 15.02.2016 as the public body and non-governmental organization. Our motto is: "When learning is not get old". In view of the aging society in Lithuania it has been founded by the experienced team with long-term ideas of innovative activities reducing exclusion and loneless between  members of society. Activity of  our Academy is not only an educational,but at the same time it is a sociao activity object. Our academy is a dynamic collective joining 410 members which studied in many self-sufficient departments conducted by deans. There are 6 departments (Health; Tourism and heritage; Nature and protection of nature; the Humanities; Crafts; Artistic Expression) and various courses (Computer skills and Computer managment; Floristry; Foreign Languages:English, German, French, Italian, Latvian). We organize lectures series and interesting events ("Welcome,Latvia!", the folkloric festival "Casimir,play me the walze!", "The Honey Festival")  open to the public not only to support our listeners. Our Academy is ready to become partners in the preparation, submission and implementation of project proposals, as well as in the coordination of international partnerships and the administrative and financial management of actions at local, national and EU level.
