3. Content Approval

It is important to note that the administrator of each Community of Practice is responsible for moderating it and ensuring that spam, inappropriate or offensive behaviour is not tolerated

All content posted by users remains pending moderation by the group administrators. This content can be found in the content awaiting validation section.

  • Attached files (e.g. PDFs) or other media that could contain spam or malicious material.

Any content displaying spam indicators, inappropriate material, or offensive behaviour must be immediately reported and not published. Always ensure published content complies with platform security and quality standards.
