The employment integration project 'Threads of Opportunity: Crafts, Employment, and Sustainable Cooperatives' arises in response to the need to create employment and empowerment opportunities for individuals facing difficulties in finding jobs in the conventional labor market. It is based on the recognition of the value of crochet and artisanal manufacturing as forms of cultural and economic expression.

We are a foundation from Warsaw running many artistic and developmental workshops. We are the market leader in theatre, singing and writing workshops. Our mission is to train, educate and develop artistic skills of young adults. We are also experts in marketing, website creation and dissemination. The risk of substance addiction is higher in socioeconomically disadvantaged individuals. With our project, we aim to raise awareness about addiction in disadvantaged individuals and reverse negative attitudes towards substance addicted individuals.
