In the light of the present shortage of skilled workers in the gastronomy sector in German-speaking countries and based on our experience in training staff for the gastronomy sector we want to develop a high-quality microcredential for the basic training of chefs. With the implementation and evaluation of a qualification offer in the form of a microcredential we want to promote trust, acceptance and transferability of microcredentials in vocational education and training and drive further the development of this concept in Europe.

Through a multi-faceted approach, the project seeks to enhance digital literacy, prevent digital violence, promote mental health and well-being, empower blind and visually impaired students, and contribute to the improvement of digital education for high school students, teachers and beyond.
