The Norwegian researchers Anne Inga Hilsen and Dorothy Sutherland Olsen are the authors of a receently published book on active ageing.

In The Importance and Value of Older Employees, they discuss new ways of gaining positive benefits from ageing and a more experienced workforce, explore active ageing as a potential benefit both for individuals and their workplaces, and examine the way in which senior employees actually use their knowledge and experience in their work and unique advantages their age provides.
