Adult Education Institution Studium hosted another Erasmus+ course for teachers and other education institution employees in Šibenik, Croatia. The course in question was called "Empowering Inclusive and Sustainable Classrooms: Strategies for Educators" and it was tailor-made to answer the needs of our course participants from Latvia and Lithuania. During the week, the participant developed key competencies for contemporary classrooms. This program equips educators with the knowledge and strategies to foster inclusive, culturally responsive learning environments, while promoting creativity, critical thinking, and sustainable practices that address diverse student needs and empower all learners. They also had the opportunity to become inspired by visiting a local innovation hub and meet Croatian experts in the field of education and entrepreneurship.

To complete this experience, the Studium team made sure to also organize a variety of cultural experiences in the free time of our participants. They got to visit the Krka Waterfalls National Park, participate in a guided tour of Šibenik and Zadar, two gems of the Adriatic coast, and enjoy the traditional Croatian cuisine.
