This output is a mentoring program (structure/ model) to support and empower unemployed/inactive people with low digital literacy (mainly, workers from the cultural sector performing creativity activities) to increase their employability. It is an extension of the Guide for Digital Inclusion in Culture, putting in practice the methodology andtools developed in the IO1. Trainers/educators and other digital literate people can help the necessary digital literacy learning experience.
