The EBSN EPALE Team is glad to announce its second and third online course for policy-makers, experts and other professionals who have a stake in basic skills policy and are currently engaged in the implementation of the Upskilling Pathways recommendation.

Младежката безработица е сериозен проблем в Европа. Професионалното образование и обучение с включен силен компонент на учене на работното място е средство за повишаване на възможностите за заетост на младежите. Търсенето на обучители и ментори на работното място ще продължи да се увеличава, а в същото време нямаше единна квалификационна форма, която да събира заедно всички умения, които тези професионалисти трябва да придобият на европейско ниво.

A Német Szövetségi Szakképzési Intézet (BIBB) az UNESCO Nemzetközi Szakképzési Központjával közösen gyűjteményes kötetet jelentett meg erről az átfogó témakörről. Richard Hazledine, a ConnectMore Solutions tulajdonosa és igazgatója megosztotta tapasztalatait az EPALE közösségével arról, hogy miképpen segítette a YaS projekt a munkaerőpiactól elszigetelt fiatal felnőtteket az álláskeresésben.

Lai diskutētu par pieaugušo izglītības iespējām un izaicinājumiem, uzsvērtu pieaugušo izglītības nozīmi darba vietās un iepazīstinātu ar uzņēmumu labās prakses piemēriem darbinieku mācību organizēšanā, Izglītības un zinātnes ministrija 22.novembrī rīko Latvijas pieaugušo izglītības forumu “Es strādāju un mācos”*. 

Konverents toimus 14.11.2019. Konverentsi eesmärk oli teadvustada sisekoolitust kui arendustegevust, mis vajab parimate tulemuste saavutamiseks järjepidevat arendamist ja kaasajastamist. Konverentsilt sai kaasa ka „praktilise tööriistakasti“ teadmisi kinnistavatest tegevustest ja harjutustest, mida sisekoolitustel rakendada.

Federaţia Sindicatelor din Asigurări şi Bănci (FSAB), Federaţia Patronală a Serviciilor Financiare (FinBan) şi Consiliul Patronatelor Bancare din România (CPBR) au semnat luni Acordul pentru Implementarea Proiectului de Pregătire Profesională a Angajaţilor, primul astfel de acord încheiat între parteneri sociali din România, conform unui comunicat de presă al CPBR, citat de Agerpres. Op uitnodiging van het ITTA en met steun vanuit Erasmus+ maakte Het Begint met Taal samen met TopTaal en de gemeente Groningen/Workconnection in oktober 2019 een studiereis naar Zweden om meer te leren over deze aanpak van ‘taal op de werkvloer’.

Digitální technologie nabízejí obrovský potenciál v posílení učení dospělých na pracovišti. Tematický koordinátor EPALE Andrew McCoshan spolupracuje se zástupci členských zemí EU v rámci pracovní skupiny ET 2020 na téma Odborné vzdělávání a školení a společně zkoumají, jaké příležitosti a problémy tato oblast má. Ο θεματικός συντονιστής της EPALE Andrew McCoshan συνεργάζεται με κράτη μέλη της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης στην ομάδα εργασίας για την Επαγγελματική Εκπαίδευση και Κατάρτιση 2020, ώστε να εξετάσουν τις δυνατότητες και τις προκλήσεις που προκύπτουν. Σε αυτό το κείμενο εξετάζει τις δυνατότητες, ενώ σε ένα συνοδευτικό άρθρο εστιάζει στις προκλήσεις.

Belfast Metropolitan College has partnered with organisations and education institutions in Greece, Bulgaria and Romania to deliver the Live Skills programme - a programme that enables young learners and professionals to develop business management skills and specific skills in the audiovisual creative fields.  The programme delivers both work based and cross-country learning opportunities. 

There is little methodological professional material, - particularly ones related to adult learning – that may be of good help to organizations and professionals wishing to introduce work-based learning Therefore this project - in the context of which such a complex methodological handbook has been developed that promotes the introduction and effective application of work-based learning forms, the learning outcome-based training plans in adult vocational education and training across Europe - fills a large gap.

Tine Baert is educatief directeur van CBE Open School Kortrijk – Roeselare. Met de projecten ‘Alfa naar Werk’ werkt haar centrum mee aan een oplossing voor een bestaande nood in West-Vlaanderen. Op de trefdag ‘Geletterdheid op het werk: w@ is d@?’ vertelde zij meer over deze oplossing.

Benenden Health has released a wellbeing guide in partnership with HRZone, which enables users to ‘develop an age-diverse health and wellbeing strategy’ and meet the wellbeing needs of a multigenerational workforce. It provides a detailed description of the five generations currently making up the UK workforce and discusses ways to meet the needs of all of them. It will be most beneficial for employers and senior managers and is free to download.

In the ‘Work-based Learning & Apprenticeships’ network, 29 European educational agencies selected ten Austrian projects on the topic of “work-based learning” from over 350 projects from around Europe.  This brochure aims to disseminate the project results to a wider audience in Austria and highlight the sustainable benefits.

Različiti su oblici učenja na radnom mjestu koji nisu isključivi, već omogućavaju obuhvatnost znanja i vještina. Takvo se učenje planira kroz rutinske aktivnosti na nivou organizacije, kao i suočavanje sa zadacima i problemima za koje tek treba pronaći rješenja, a moguće je obučavati radnu snagu i kroz strukturirane programe izvan posla.
