our institution takes responsibility to promote our local dessert both in Mardin region and with in Turkey as well as Europe
we make public awarennes upon consuming the local organic and healthy dessert which is made of local grape juices and herbs in Mardin region
so we organise Harire Day _festival- in the institution
all participants will be delivered the bowl of harires as well as hand made traditional local icons of Mardin
