Partnerships as triggers for lifelong learning, innovation and change

The Department of Work and Social Economy in Flanders is preparing an ESF project ‘partnerships as triggers for lifelong learning, innovation and change’ and we are searching for interesting partners across Europe.
By undertaking this project we have a dual aim. Firstly, we want to examine how cooperation between government and intermediate actors (sectors, clusters or other associations of employers or employees) is established elsewhere in European member countries and regions, and especially in those countries and regions that are in the vanguard of lifelong learning and competence policy in combination with innovation. Secondly, we want to find out which foreign good practices of cooperation in lifelong learning and competence policy are transferable to the Flemish policy context.
