The Public Interest Grouping for basic vocational and further training (GIP-FCIP) of the Créteil educational district aims at developing the vocational policy on its territory. The "académie of Créteil" is the first educational regional district in France regarding its VET network.

Indeed, the GIP-FCIP proposes 600 professional development paths in all sectors through the GRETAs it coordinates. A GRETA isa consortium of local educational institutions.

In our educational district, there are 6 GRETAs which accompany more than 30 000 adult trainees in 180 centers a year.

Our "Adequation" project - a KA 1 project, aims at professionalizing the staff of our adult training network (advisers, coordinators, trainers,...). The main issue of our project is about training development, engineering ( individualized educational methods, modularization, distance training...) We selected fields of interest such as: apprenticeship, key skills, building and public sector including energy, health care and assisstance educational training companies (virtual companies...).

We are looking for partners to host our staff in vocational centers or in organisations such as enterprises or any relevant organisation.

Of course, we are ready to host and help organize jobshadowing for your staff or find enterprises for your trainees here in our académie if we become partners.
