Case Study - Supporting adult education staff to improve the education of disadvantaged women in Birmingham

The case study is the project "Creative Minds" conducted by the organisation Praxis Europe that aims to improve the skills of trainers who work with disadvantaged women with a muslim and black minority (BME) background. The Erasmus+ funded project "Creative Minds" offers the possibility for 40 trainers across the UK to participate in a training and learn about the work of ISMEK, an adult education social enterprise in Turkey. The training will improve the skills of trainers working with this learner group and enhance the level of adult education provision across the organisation.
