Community is the heartbeat of EPALE. That is why we have decided to make the most of your contribution to the platform. Every day we appreciate the incredible professional and thorough work you share on EPALE. That is why we felt it was so important to give you more space and visibility.
It’s important to recognise the meaningful contributions of all the devoted adult learning professionals who shape our community and create impact through their work. EPALE’s commitment is to support this amazing community and to make this journey an increasingly enriching experience.
You may have noticed some changes recently. If you haven't, we'll point them out to you! We have a brand-new section in the menu: My Community. My Community highlights the Most appreciated content on the platform, as well as the Must-reads, the EPALE Community Stories, and the EPALE Hall of Fame with the Most engaged members of the community.

We’re offering opportunities for members to earn badges - based on contributions on the platform. Every engagement, activity, and post will count towards earning a badge.

The possibility to enjoy the benefits of this section is very important and it gives us the motivation to share our ideas and our projects. For me as a new Ambassador, it is a space where I can learn new things and the modality to operate in a new virtual world.
Intuicyjnie, prosto i przyjemnie
Każda z sekcji menu opracowana jest w sposób bardzo czytelny. Poruszanie się po stronie jest niezwykle intuicyjne, proste i przyjemne. Cieszy mnie, że nowa funkcja, jaką jest Moja społeczność, pozwala na bezpośredni dostęp do najpopularniejszych treści z całego zasobu oraz polecanych artykułów.

To niesamowite, jak EPALE stale dąży do promowania zaangażowania społeczności oraz doceniania wysiłku i zaangażowania wszystkich profesjonalistów edukacji dorosłych. Wasze nowe inicjatywy, takie jak "Moja społeczność" i odznaki, są znakiem prawdziwego zaangażowania w budowanie silnej i inspirującej społeczności. Cieszę się, że EPALE nie tylko daje przestrzeń do dzielenia się wiedzą i doświadczeniem, ale także nagradza aktywnych członków za ich wkład. Atrodo tiek nedaug - tik virtualus ženklelis, bet geriau pagalvojęs supranti: malonu, kad pastebėtas indėlis, kad įdėtas triūsas prie naujienos žinutės ar tinklaraščio įrašo yra pastebėtas ne tik tų, kurie skaito, bet ir „Epale“ administratorių. Kviečiu kuo daugiau Lietuvos andragogų „įsisegti“ aktyvaus „Epale“ dalyvio ženklelius! Tai reiškia - dar gausiau dalintis patirtimi ir naujienomis su suaugusiųjų švietimo ir mokymosi bendruomenės kolegomis.
