December marked the end of our three-month thematic focus on adult learning at the workplace. During this time, we explored in detail what challenges lie ahead for adult learning at the workplace, how workplace learning can be beneficial for companies and we collected good practice examples from across Europe.

Van oktober tot december besteedde EPALE extra aandacht aan leren op het werk. In deze periode onderzochten we welke uitdagingen dit met zich meebrengt, hoe leren op het werk in het voordeel van bedrijven is, en we verzamelden goede praktijkvoorbeelden uit heel Europa.
We organized a seminar about learning at the workplace in the 21st century. We gave a seminar to the teachers and trainees of our institution in the conference hall of our institution.
In this seminar, we took advantage of the presentation prepared by Hüseyin Kaygın and also used EPALE's thematic pages about workplace learning. We sincerely thank our teachers and trainees for their contributions.

IETC-PS is always trying to keep up with change (social, cultural and economic). We strongly believe that our vocational school has to be a place of education to tolerance, diversity and human progress.
Transgender has become a componant of our society and we feel concerned with this cultural evolution.

Adult education provides adults with lifelong opportunities to acquire competencies and qualifications necessary for professional and personal development, work and socially responsible behaviour.
Adult learning in the workplace is essential for functional elementary education of adults, and only in this way can the desired results be achieved, especially in motivating vulnerable groups for learning and education.

The final of a series of six, this original resource focuses on key aspects of cultural awareness in the workplace, touching on customs, religion, gender and sexual orientation, food and communication. This publication presents the research results on skills and competences needed for effective work in multicultural organisations.
