Exchanges of practices on transdisciplinary teaching / key skills adult learning
The GIPFAR is looking for partners to organise an exchange of practices on TRANSDISCIPLINARY APPROACHES in adult key skills education.
The Greta of Bretagne network (of which GIPFAR is a part) is an important adult education provider in Brittany and run several adult key skills training set-up.
One of the challenge of this network is to change the traditional disciplinary approach (related to mathematics, mother language communcation, ICT...) into a transdisciplinary teaching approaches which is also based on the development of transversal skills.
The Greta has initiated different innovative teaching practices which combine disciplinaries in situation based learning, while focusing on transversal skills learning.
In order to improve and exchanges their teaching practices and also the way the teaching is organised, the GIPFAR and the Greta of Brittany would like to work on a project proposal (KA2 Exchanges of practices) in the field of Adult Education, in relation with Key Skills.
We seek partners from Scandinavian countries in particular where this approach is more widespread and also other countries who have developped this approach.
