Ambitio College was founded after years of experience in education focused on labor market needs.  The aim of Ambitio College is to implement unique training programs approved and recognized in European Union that will enable participants to be easily employed, a firm positioning in the labor market and support them in their professional development through continuous training. Following demands of potential employers is crucial to Ambitio College in the fulfilment of labor market needs.

Moreover, Ambitio College aims to develop programs with added value, thereby setting new standards, increasing the quality of education, but also setting a new employment criterion.

Ambitio College conducts adult education programs and trainings in the field of health and tourism as follows:

1. formal training programs for:

- dental assistants (formal training, secondary vocational qualification/retraining)

- manager in health tourism,

- nurses/medical technicians in palliative care

- caregivers in palliative care

2. informal training programs in the form of:

workshops
courses such as Italian language in dental tourism.

Ambitio College also participates in projects funded by the European Union and is open to cooperate with other European organizations and adult education institutions in the field of innovative adult education programs and trainings needed in the labor market. So far, Ambitio College has implemented three major projects, of which two were funded by the European Social Fund (project "Training Program for Manager in Health Tourism", worth of 708,285.00 HRK, and "E – professional training program - palliative care" in partnership with Open University Kutina, worth of ​​1,356,182.32 HRK). Both projects were successfully completed in November 2016. Since December 2017, Ambitio College participates as a partner to Zagreb Health School in the project "Improving Literacy in Zagreb Health School", worth of 1,489,755.23 HRK.
