New e-learning focused on gender education
4th International Meeting of partner organizations, The HR Club of Moravia and Silesia (Czech Republic), Together (Bulgaria) and CooLabora (Portugal) took place on 14 April 2019 in Sofia, Bulgaria. The Erasmus+ project „Gender Education Advancing Competencies in Context of Changing Europe“ is financed by the European Union and the implementers discussed further progress of emerging Gender Blended Learning.
E-learning training related to gender equality will be launched during May 2019.
E-learning materializes in three levels - Basic, Advanced and Expert. The lowest level is for anybody who wants to learn basic information about gender issues. The advanced level is intended primarily for managers, HR managers and executives who want to apply the tools for equal treatment and work-life balancing in their companies and organizations. The expert level targets the gender auditors and supervisors who carry out the gender audit, or the corporate representatives who want to prepare their company for gender audit more efficiently.
Gender Blended Learning will also include full-time training related to equal treatment of men and women. In a form of a one-day interactive training, the participants will expand and discuss the knowledge acquired through e-learning.
E-learning will be available in English, Portuguese, Bulgarian and Czech. It can be found following this link moodle.kpms.cz. Those interested in registration, please email us at sekce.gender@kpms.cz.
