Description: PR2 aims at equipping trainers with tools for emotional self - management and also to enable them to develop strategies to manage the emotions of their learners. 

The tools are developed in 12 emotional areas or menaces:

Menace 1 - Technical problems

Menace 2 – Lack of communication

Menace 3 - Adaptation of activities and materials to online teaching

Menace 4 – Building Rapport

Menace 5 - Attention Keeping

Menace 6 – Emotional Distance

Menace 7 – Students Fatigue

Menace 8 – Poor time management

Menace 9 - Fear of change

Menace 10 – Group activities

Menace 11 – Concentration Problem

Menace 12 – Discipline problems

Each menace is considered from two perspectives:

• From the intrapersonal perspective, and
• From the interpersonal perspective.

In total, the tools imply 24 modules representing Training System for adult teachers.

Additionally by the end of each module a test quiz is offered. Each of 24 quizzes comprises 5 multiple choice questions.

The tools (PR2 Training System for adult teachers) has been peer-reviewed by two external evaluators and validated by all the partners, translated in all the project languages.
