Effective work-oriented language training for adults
Tromsø Adult Education in the city of Tromsø in Northern Norway. Beautifully situated by the sea, between tall mountains. We have 550 students and 45 teaching staff.
Tromsø Adult Education is a part of Tromsø Municipality and offers training for adults who need basic education.
The majority of our students are refugees, family reunified and migrant workers who receive second language training in accordance to the Law of Integration. And approximately 1/3 receive primary school education for adults in accordance to the Law of Education.
We are concerned with effective work-oriented language training so that people quickly get into work and become self-sufficient.
We are searching for similar organisations/schools in Europe who would like to collaborate with us in our Erasmus + project 01.09.25 - 31.08.26. Our project is called Effective work-oriented language learning for adult students.
We are concerned with both categories;
- Students with little or no schooling from their home countries.
- Students with good education.
