Learning coaching skills provides teachers/trainers with the tools to help learners to find their own motivation and set the goals. It helps to create an excellent learning environment, not so much of a teaching environment.

The term `coaching` means different things to different people, but by and large it allows individuals to share their concerns, learn from others and take time to plan their own vision and learning goals.

The course has been created for school management, administrators, pre-school, elementary/primary, secondary school teachers; staff of institutions involved in education who want to have an inside look to Estonia’s school system through school visits and understand what are the reasons behind the PISA success.

Vedic Art is a process-oriented method for developing creativity and awareness. The basic course introduces 17 principles through drawing and painting. It's stress-free, intuitive, and requires no prior art experience. It boosts self-confidence and enjoyment.
