Matertera, z.s. is a Prague-based nonprofit organization focused on the empowerment and development of women, with special attention to migrant women and single mothers. We work with non-formal adult education, mentoring, coaching, and community-building to help women gain new skills, restart careers, and explore entrepreneurship.

We would be glad to join Erasmus+ projects as a partner organization in areas such as:

• Research on labour market gaps and barriers,

• Skills development and employability training,

• Entrepreneurship and project creation,

• Storytelling, mastermind groups, and other peer-learning formats,

• Networking and community empowerment activities.

What we offer:

• Experience in designing and implementing innovative educational activities for adults,

• Expertise in empowerment, mentoring, and intercultural facilitation,

• Capacity to contribute to research, testing tools, and piloting activities.

We are looking for lead organizations or consortia preparing Erasmus+ projects who want a committed partner in the fields of adult education, women’s empowerment, and labour market inclusion.
