The aim of this project is to improve the institutionalization process of the Eastern Anatolia Development Agency.

A roadmap for the improvement of institutionalization processes of institutions and a curriculum are planned. Furthermore, specialization training in the agency’s working area will be organized during the project for agency employers. Some of these training will be as such Project Management Training of Trainers, Strategic Plan Training, Feasibility Trainings of Trainers, Work Plan and Process Developing Training. At the end, a methodology related to institutionalization will be the output of the project. This project is suitable for professionals who work in the regional development area and such fields mentioned above. The participant will be employees of our agency and we expect partners to be public or private organizations, training providers, NGOs, SMEs, chamber of commerce and etc. who works closely with regional development issue.
