This report published by the Refugee Council looks at the experiences of refugees and asylum seekers in England as well as publicly-funded post-16 learner providers (excluding higher education) in delivering and accessing learning. It addresses reasons to study, information and guidance available and the eligibility to study.

The research undertaken for this report included a survey amongst publicly funded post-16 learning providers, interviews with refugees and asylum seekers as well as interviews with representatives of learning providers. The report offers recommendation based on the results of the research.
