Fondazione Kainòn ETS is an Italian non-profit organization working at the intersection of culture, digital innovation, education, and social impact. We support the digital transformation of the cultural sector by promoting a critical, conscious, and culturally grounded approach to emerging technologies. Our work focuses on helping cultural and educational organizations, as well as adult learners and professionals, understand, adopt, and shape digital and technological change in meaningful, inclusive, and sustainable ways.

Our work combines research, project ideation and design, capacity building, empowerment, and innovative experimentation.We often support cultural organizations, educators, and creative professionals in understanding, navigating, and shaping digital transformation, fostering a critical and culturally grounded approach to technological change.

Our expertise includes:

  • Project ideation, design, and coordination 

  • Artificial Intelligence applied to culture, education, and the creative sectors

  • Digital accessibility and inclusive design for cultural and learning experiences

  • Digital skills development for adults, educators, and cultural professionals

  • Cultural entrepreneurship and the development of sustainable business models for the cultural sector

  • Videogames and game-based approaches for learning, women empowerment, engagement, and social impact

  • Participatory methodologies, co-design processes, and capacity building

We work closely with cultural institutions, training providers, technological enterprises, creative professionals, and public bodies.

What we are looking for:

We are interested in joining or co-creating Erasmus+ KA2 cooperation partnerships (both small- and large-scale), especially projects focused on:

  • Artificial intelligence 

  • Digital accessibility and inclusion 

  • Digital skills and competencies for adult learners and professionals

  • Cultural entrepreneurship and innovation in the cultural and creative sectors

  • Videogames, immersive media, and game-based learning approaches

We are open both to joining existing consortia and to building new partnerships from scratch. We already have early-stage project drafts and concepts that can be further developed collaboratively and discussed with potential partners.
