Fondazione Kainòn ETS is an Italian non-profit organization working at the intersection of culture, digital innovation, education, and social impact. We support the digital transformation of the cultural sector by promoting a critical, conscious, and culturally grounded approach to emerging technologies. Our work combines research, project ideation and design, capacity building, empowerment, and innovative experimentation. We often support cultural organizations, educators, and creative professionals in understanding, navigating, and shaping digital transformation, fostering a critical and culturally grounded approach to technological change.

Our expertise includes:

  • Project ideation, design, and coordination

  • Artificial Intelligence applied to culture, education, and the creative sectors

  • Digital accessibility and inclusive design for cultural and learning experiences

  • Digital skills development for adults, educators, and cultural professionals

  • Cultural entrepreneurship and the development of sustainable business models for the cultural sector

  • Videogames and game-based approaches for learning, women empowerment, engagement, and social impact

  • Participatory methodologies, co-design processes, and capacity building

We work closely with cultural institutions, training providers, technological enterprises, creative professionals, and public bodies.

What we are looking for:

Fondazione Kainòn is based in Italy and actively collaborates with partners across Europe. If you are looking for a partner with strong conceptual thinking, design-oriented approaches, and experience in cross-sector and interdisciplinary projects, we would be glad to connect.
