I. How to Install, Configure, and Log into the EU Login App

  1. Install the App: Download and install the EU Login app from your device’s app store.
  2. Configure the App:
  3. Register Your Mobile Device:
    • Navigate to My Account → Manage My Mobile Devices.

        

  • Click Add a New Mobile Device.

     

  • Enter a name and set a password for your device.

     4. Link Your Device:

  • Use the EU Login mobile app to scan the QR code displayed on your browser.

  • Go back to Manage My Devices on the web browser to confirm the device is added.

Note: You must create a password or biometric authentication (depending on your device) on your mobile device to complete the setup successfully.

II. How to log in on the EPALE web platform

  1. Access the EPALE platform.
  2. Click the Login button.

  3. Select Login into EPALE with EU Login.

  4. Choose one of the three available login options:

    a) EU Login Mobile App – PIN Code

  • You will be redirected to the Awaiting Confirmation page.

  • Open the EU Login mobile app and approve the login request.

  • Once confirmed, you will be automatically logged into the EPALE platform.

b) EU Login Mobile App – QR Code

 

  • Scan the QR code using the EU Login mobile app on your device.
  • Enter the verification code generated in the mobile app.
  • After the confirmation is successful, you will be automatically logged in and redirected to EPALE platform.

c) EU Login with Password

Enter your password on the EU Login page, and you will be redirected to the EPALE platform.

III. How to log in on the EPALE mobile app

Once the configuration of the EU Login app is complete, log in to the EPALE mobile app using the EU Login app.

  • Open the EPALE mobile app.
  • Select the Login with EU Login option.
  • On the EU Login page, choose Sign in with EU Login Mobile App.
  • Enter the PIN you set during the app configuration.
  • You will be redirected and automatically logged into the EPALE mobile app.
