DigComp Framework
The DigComp 2.1 - Publications Office of the EU (europa.eu) provides eight proficiency levels and examples of use applied to the learning and employment field. It tackles digital literacy through different competence areas: information and data literacy, communication and collaboration, digital content creation, safety and problem solving.
Digital skills for migrant women
Many migrant women who arrive in Italy through family reunification are at high risk of exclusion and isolation and digital skills are very important for their knowledge of the context, to improve their relationships and therefore their inclusion.
Participation of digitally-illiterate participants in training
Often to attract participants for digital skills training, courses and opportunities are posted online, or, signups are online. For potential participants that are digitally-illiterate this means that signups are difficult, or impossible, and often go unnoticed. Can you describe what you have done to attract these people who need it the most and how you attracted them to your courses/training? For example in the remote rural areas you have described.
