CENTER SPIRALA - Center of Selfmobility is a development NGO institute in the social and humanistic field, founded in 2001. It questions development itself, whether on an individual, organisational or societal level, by creating models of human thinking and mindset through which it holistically approaches social and humanistic issues. The Institute combines cooperation in EU projects with activities in development evaluation, non-formal education, and supervision.

Issues that we are focused on inside the personal level of dealing with development:

  • Deprogramming thinking behavior towards ‘out of the box mindset'
  • Addressing the Concept of Self towards strengthening Self-knowledge in terms of clarity, thought ownership and transcendence – towards deepening human soft skills
  • Self-leading against managing
  • Virtual addiction in the light of identity vacuum

Issues that we are focused on inside organisational level of dealing with development:

  • Focusing on organisational operation between development and growth paradigm
  • Why a gap between finding the organisations’ aims and their implementation...

Issues that we are focused on inside soci(et)al level of dealing with development:

  • Outlining the difference between existing developmental models – toward development balance
  • DEAL – Development Alchemy for balancing the development strategies
