This essay talks about employability, one of the great challenges of our time, as more and more young people after the end of their studies do not have easy access to the world of work.  

The topic will be dealt with under both a political and a pedagogical key, looking at the European and national levels of qualifications, support activities, transitions from higher education to the world of work, support activities at European level and finally, activities at the university level that support employability.
