Creativity enables us to consider and solve problems more openly and by being innovative. Society which has lost touch with its creative side is a closed society, in which generations of people could have a closed mindset. This extends our perspectives and may help us overcome prejudices.

Promotion of creativity leads to various benefits for instructors, learners and organisations. It seems that supporting, encouraging and advocating creativity provides new awareness to those involved in creative process. Individuals who see uninspiring and negative images of their existence often live desperate lives. They lack needed support to see all opportunities. Creativity promotes the release of all innovative, artistic and imaginative experiences. Adult education has the potential to benefit from the promotion of creativity. The question is how instructors, learners and adult education providers benefit from creativity.

Instructors benefit from being involved in creativity in numerous ways. A good method for finding new ideas is the attendance and participation at conferences of professional associations during which dialogue with colleagues and participants and frequent simultaneous sessions may generate new information. In addition to this, reading professional magazines, books and reports may encourage creativity. The return of these new ideas in the classroom may be the start of a new and exciting creative teaching experience in terms of used strategies and embedded feeling of preparedness and wisdom. Generally speaking, instructors working in organisations that encourage creativity are more open and more ready for new ideas, syllabus materials and teaching strategies and methods. Another advantage is the possibility to experiment  with new types of schedules for teachers that demonstrate innovations, as well as the manners of joint work such as joint teaching and joint analysis of materials from different perspectives. All in all, instructors may help students be creative.

Through the collaboration of peers, creativity is created in a most efficient way. This creates numerous advantages for learners. Collaborative relationships encourage creativity opportunities. It ensures sincere sharing of new ideas with people whose learning perspectives might differ. When learners are involved in learning opportunities composed of different methodologies, cooperation or experience of a peer group, they become more creative. It enables them be innovative, learn from their mistakes without fear from repeated mistake and generate new ideas. Thus the opportunities to induce assumptions on new values, beliefs, lives and practices are created.

Adult education providers supporting and advocating creativity are able to accept changing orientation of social and cultural climate. Those who foster flexibility, openness and ability to tolerate uncertainties create the ability for creative endeavours of instructors and learners. Besides that, when such environment is established in adult education, creative marketing is developed, as well as programmes, syllabus activities and teaching processes. Permanent growth of new ideas and programmes maintains adult education fresh and responds to changing needs of instructors, students and communities they serve.

Promotion of creativity of instructors, learners and adult education providers is the response to permanent change of the nature of our social, educational, political, psychological and economic world. There are different manners to promote creativity and thus open new possibilities for instructors, learners and organisations. It is evident that future growth and development of adult education lays in the ability to create and support creative individuals and learners that may extend the possibilities of such educational organisations.
