The CFAE Ordem de Santiago | Agrupamento de Escolas Lima de Freitas, is an association of schools and groups of schools with responsibilities for:

- supporting the implementation of educational policies in Schools;
- identifying the ongoing training needs of teachers and schools staff;
- designing, promoting and evaluating teachers and schools staff training plans;
- management of External Assessment of Teaching Performance.
