Happiness & Wellbeing in Adult Education: Empowering Learners to Thrive

Happiness & Wellbeing in Adult Education is a non-formal training course designed for adult educators, trainers and facilitators who wish to integrate wellbeing and happiness skills into their educational practice.

The course explores happiness not as a vague or personal concept, but as a learnable, practical and evidence-informed competence that supports motivation, resilience, mental health and lifelong learning.

Using participatory methods, reflection, experiential activities and real-life scenarios, participants will gain tools to help adult learners improve emotional balance, purpose, self-awareness and overall wellbeing — both in learning contexts and everyday life.
